This simple but genius idea helps everyone who struggles with always loose or too long laces.

Quick Shoe Lace is an elastic lace that doesn't need to tie, you just stretch and clip the ring into the metal piece.

It seems to work for everyone…children who can’t yet tie their laces, to older people who struggle with arthritis – a beautiful example of inclusive design. The minimalistic design and the user’s choice of colour gives everyone the chance to individualize their own shoes.

Slovenian designer Knez David came up with the idea a couple of years ago and it is currently crowdfunded on indiegogo.com.

What I especially like about this design, is its adaptability. The shoelace is from elastic material so it fits smoothly in each shoe. You don’t have to buy a new shoe, you can transform your old one into a new, more stylish and more functional version of your shoe. Upgrading your shoe.

All the parts are replaceable and can be disassembled very quickly aswell.

I think this Adaptability, Upgradability, the easy repair and the incentive to own your own shoe longer make this product a good example of a successful Circular Product.
