Process: Slush Moulding

Material: PVC -liquid

Process Steps

1. Tools (the mould) are heated up to 200 C

2. Tools is filled up with liquid PVC

3. After a while, the redundant liquid PVC is removed

4. PVC-covered tools are air dried

5. Product is taken of mould
